Transnational Corporations Review, 2009, vol. 1, issue 2, 69-80

Abstract: This paper discusses the essential features of transnational corporations (TNCs). It is important to define TNCs in order to better understand their role and functions within a globally integrated system. The paper explores traditional conceptions of TNCs and briefly reviews their history.
