Abstract:
Research and development (R&D) cooperation between multinational corporations (MNCs) and Chinese universities becomes a prevailing phenomenon in China. Therefore, exploring its technology spillover channels is important in order to improve national innovation and the R&D strength of Chinese universities. Based on the existing theoretical literature this paper firstly puts forward a hypothesis, and then carries out corresponding tests via statistical analysis of questionnaires. Finally, it demonstrates the technology spillover channels of R&D cooperation between MNCs and Chinese universities.
