Reports on progress and details the scope of both publications following the February 2007 plans for National Accounts modernisationThe Office for National Statistics described its plans for ‘Modernising the UK's National Accounts’ (MUKNA) in February 2007. MUKNA outlined the plans for both the 2007 and 2008 editions of the Blue Book, highlighting the improvements that users would see over time.
