The Geneva Papers on Risk and Insurance - Issues and Practice, 2002, vol. 27, issue 3, 337-348

Abstract: Julian Arkell has selected extracts relating to a few key Articles of the General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS) from his review of the issues which appeared in the Geneva Association “Etudes et Dossiers” No. 247, November 2001. His aim was to provoke an assessment by private sector advocacy groups of the commercial priorities for improving the framework language of the GATS.
