Abstract: Abstract This study was prepared in 1970 by the Forecasting Division of the French Ministry of Economy and Finance for an inter-departmental working party in charge of examining measures to improve, as of 1975, the financial returns of the Paris Public Transport Board (Régie autonome des transports parisiens), as well as traffic conditions in the Paris area [1, 2].
