Abstract:
Abstract Speaking to the 15th Trade Unions Congress, the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, L. I. Brezhnev, emphasised the necessity for starting work on a long-term plan for the national economic development of the U.S.S.R. covering the period 1976–90. This work is now in progress with increasing intensity.
