Abstract:
Abstract Africa south of the Sahara comprises that area of the continent approximately south of latitude 20° north, and therefore includes all the more recently set-up new states evolved from the former British, French, and Belgian Colonies or dependencies as well as those states or dependencies (e.g. Liberia, Angola, South Africa, etc.) previously existing.
