Some Problems of Economic Growth in a Planned Economy

Jaromir Walter

Chapter Chapter 19 in Risk and Uncertainty, 1968, pp 407-421 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract Although there exists a great deal of literature treating the problems of economic growth under different assumptions, little attention has so far been paid to the mutual influence of plans and target fulfilment. We can find the concept of a plan also in non-socialist countries, but we shall not discuss these.
