Chapter 23 in The Economics of Choice between Energy Sources, 1987, pp 467-478 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract I should like to concentrate on the broad themes, and begin where I began in the conference itself — with structural change, because this is a most important and (in many developed countries) under-rated issue. That view has been reinforced in the conference, not least by Professor Stanislaw and Mr Amaya.
