Abstract: Abstract The human condition is not improved by single facts of science. In their collection into a body of knowledge, joined to its careful application and validation, that we can stretch the boundaries of justice still larger. This chapter discusses the policy implications, governance rules, and measures applicable to the emerging global system of science.
