Interpreting the Chemical Residues Story

Chapter 3 in Competitive Innovation Management, 2000, pp 53-69 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract In the last chapter, it was noted that the CR project ran into many different kinds of roadblock during the first four years of its existence. Many different management structures, systems, and practices caused delays in the project. Later, division management changed many of these same systems and practices in an effort to improve innovation performance. It is useful to look more analytically at what they did.
