Is Mismanagement an Exception?
Dimitris N. Chorafas
Chapter 3 in Rating Management’s Effectiveness, 2004, pp 49-75 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract The case studies which start in this chapter and continue to the end of the book will demonstrate that there is plenty of poor management in financial and industrial organizations. They have been purposely selected on the principle that bad examples are thought-provoking, because they show what can go wrong and in how many ways this may happen.
