Reflexive Practice on the Global Scene
Kim Forss
Chapter 9 in Reflexive Practice, 2010, pp 173-188 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract The purpose of this section is to illustrate global organizational practices and examples of reflexive practice (even if that concept is not known to the actors that are described here). These cases raise questions about the concept of leadership and the current discussions around what constitutes a good leader. In some of the cases there is no “leader” and in others traditional leadership is not particularly significant. It is more relevant to see these case studies as illustrations of collective action with many individual roles.
