Chapter Chapter 2 in Leading for success, 2008, pp 34-58 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Linked to “being great,” the leader must have the ability from within themselves to most effectively utilize the available physical and human resources and to create and set the vision for the organization at the same time. Inspiration and perspiration work together as the great leader ensures and indeed actually crafts the future so all have a clear and deliberate direction in which to travel. That direction is the same as that of the organization.
