Chapter Chapter 3 in Leading for success, 2008, pp 59-81 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Being great, visioning, and crafting the future is of little use if the leader does not step down from the ivory tower to really get a feel for the business and the people on a regular basis. This should not be a dramatic demonstration to merely look the part but a real and ongoing habit of harmony where all are naturally and organically in tune.
