Chapter 7 in Workplace Envy, 2008, pp 146-164 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract We have reached a point in our discussion where we can no longer deny the existence of envy in the workplace. We are now able to spot it, hidden behind many different symptoms, organizational problems, and dysfunctions. We know why it develops in workplace settings, what forms it takes and what consequences it can have. We also know that certain types of situations are particularly conducive to triggering it.
