A chapter in Management Intelligence, 2008, pp 186-187 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract What do you want from a hotel room? Clean and quiet? Reasonable non-ripoff? Internet connections or wifi? Free water and fruit, perhaps? Do you really care if there is a Corby trouser press? But you might like an iron and tea-making facilities. Why are there always mini-bars, but not always tea and coffee facilities? You want the equipment to work and you want it to be user friendly.
