Abstract:
Abstract When companies have a marketing manager who only “plays” marketing manager then there will be little or no marketing R&D. It is astonishing how whole industries will display a complete lack of marketing R&D without anyone in the industry thinking much if anything is amiss. R&D simply is not part of marketing’s job description in some industries.
