Chapter Chapter 2 in Managing Politics at Work, 2009, pp 5-18 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Let’s now turn our attention to defining what ‘political behavior at work’ actually means. Everyone has a view about what constitutes political activity in the workplace. So let’s explore your perspective on it, define it, and examine some examples of what might constitute political and nonpolitical behavior at work, before giving you an opportunity to assess your own political behavior on a key workplace issue.
