Abstract: Abstract Does it pay to be agreeable at work? The agreeable person is altruistic, trusting, and straightforward; is warm, gentle, generous, kind, and tolerant. Agreeable people tend also to be modest and tender-minded. They are friendly and soft-hearted. They believe in caring and sharing, coaching and counseling, forgiveness and redemption.
