Transforming Agriculture

Mats Larsson

Chapter Chapter 22 in Global Energy Transformation, 2009, pp 268-271 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract Agriculture is one of the most important activities in society. It is important because we produce food through agriculture. With a global population of more than 6 billion people, which is growing, and a global food production that has been running surpluses for a long time, which have now started to decline in volume, we need to take the conditions for agriculture into account when we plan the energy transformation.
