Mats Larsson
Chapter Chapter 8 in Global Energy Transformation, 2009, pp 107-110 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract The main argument of this book is that four steps will be necessary in order to run a focused and speedy energy transformation on a global scale. These steps are analysis, strategy development, planning and managed change. The set of tools that will be necessary in order to accomplish this change will contain a large number of tools that will have to be used by steering committees, managers and program and project participants. A selection of tools for different purposes will be described in the following chapters.
