Abstract:
Abstract At this juncture we ask: what can be learnt from the insights provided in this book and what tools we can provide academics and practitioners to advance the field of componentisation and global teams. This journey has led us to believe that our initial framework should be revised. We have come across various factors that we have not considered in our theoretical framework which we believe have had an impact on the success of GD CBD projects. We also observed that some tools were, in particular, critical in some projects. We wish to recap on this aspects and offer managers a tool-set that they can consider in their projects. Finally, we will summarise the theoretical and practical contributions of this research to offer young researchers the opportunity to continue the work we have started.
