Abstract: Abstract The following case study is an opportunity for you to analyze and determine how to respond to an evolving campaign of workplace bullying. The case study is set in a fictional soft drinks manufacturer and focuses primarily on the relationships between a newly appointed Customer Services Manager, her boss the Marketing Manager and her boss the Sales Director.
