Abstract:
Abstract In Spain, under the Law for the Prevention of Occupational Health Risks (1995), all workplaces with six or more workers should have one or more safety representatives. Previous Spanish legislation did not contemplate any structured arrangement for workers’ participation in decisions related to occupational health and safety at workplace level.
