Chapter 8 in Action Learning and its Applications, 2010, pp 131-143 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter is about process in action learning teams. Edgar Schein (2006) has described process in groups as “how things are done rather than what is done”. He further defines these processes as boundary management, problem solving and decision-making, and interpersonal interactions (ibid., p. 287).
