A chapter in Storytelling in Organizations, 2009, pp 188-192 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract In this book I have studied storytelling in organizational contexts. As seen in the first part of the work there has been a growing interest in the last decades on the theme of narrative by organizational scholars. In the second chapter I have outlined some of the work carried out in the field, and I have provided an account of the why and how of such an approach.
