Abstract: Abstract In Chapter 5 we have developed research questions that aim to explain the logic of dependent business relationships along the dimensions of the normative basis, the control mechanism, the methods of conflict resolution, the tone or climate, the amount of commitment and the degree of flexibility. The following sections evaluate these research questions according to the empirical findings of Chapter 6.
