Abstract: Abstract In this chapter, we discuss the general principles and methods of estimating costs and benefits of six medications (namely Atorvastatin, Clopidogrel, Pioglitazone, Letrozole, Fluticasone/ Salmeterol and Tiotropium) while the detailed estimates of the costs and benefits and their analysis will be provided in the next chapter.
