Chapter 8 in Rethinking Enterprise Policy, 2010, pp 134-145 from Palgrave Macmillan

It also concluded that many of the current models of what determines levels of enterprise and entrepreneurship, and which largely support those government attempts, are not correct either. Therefore new models are needed, but to develop them new approaches may have to be found from new ways of looking at things. Part II therefore has considered some perspectives which are available.
