Reach for the Stars … Architecture and Good Governance for your Personal Brand
Roberto Álvarez Blanco
Chapter 9 in Personal Brands, 2010, pp 188-207 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract The key to a code of good governance is to use clear and unambiguous language. Good personal brand governance affects every target group member and can become a major competitive advantage when properly managed. For this to happen there must be an intense personal brand commitment and a series of clearly defined cultural values in place so that the ‘do or explain’ code is implanted in a natural way.
