Chapter 9 in Bad Apples, 2011, pp 248-267 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract In Chapter 3, we broke down the factors which could stimulate CWBs into three groups: individual traits, the relationship between the individual and the employer, and external influences. In this chapter, we discuss what an employer can do to reduce the chances of CWBs by building a strategy which will develop in the workforce the CWB antidote: loyalty and commitment.
