Abstract: Abstract The question “what am I going to do for an encore” is explored through two interviews, one with Patricia Russo, former CEO of Alcatel, and Henri Balbaud, former Director of HR and Communications at Indosuez and Credit Agricole Group. The process of deciding what’s next is begun, and the period of searching, the importance of not locking in too quickly, and the ultimate choice of a flexible and “multiple” or plural lifestyle is discussed.
