Abstract:
Abstract The focus upon family may increase when there is more freedom from the primary career and family may become part of the business connection, as illustrated by our interview with Eric Christin, an entrepreneur. An interview with Soek King Ko, former CEO of Motorola, shows how Baby Boomers may be making up for lost time with family during this period, and how the relationship with family may differ among cultures.
