Chapter 1 in Ethics in Investment Banking, 2011, pp 1-11 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: There has been significant criticism of the ethics of the investment banking sector following the financial crisis. This book aims to provide a framework for the investment banking sector to consider ethical issues and move beyond the current regulatory and compliance thinking that has dominated debates of “ethics” in investment banking.
