Abstract: Abstract Entrepreneurship that leads to managers creating industrial enterprises is particularly important. Today, firms can only be successful and survive in a competitive world if they are constantly thinking of new ideas and understand the value and profitability of innovative projects. Some even believe that, over time, noninnovative companies will fade entirely from the business scene. However, there are no structures in Iran for the growth and development of ideas in manufacturing enterprises and organizations and, as long as there are no appropriate structures, these firms will be at a disadvantage (Knight, 2007).
