Abstract: Abstract We recognise wellbeing is a hot topic in the workplace right now, which is why the timing of this book is important. Equally, we all know trends in business come and go, and so need to ensure this does not become simply another ‘flavour of the month’ The wellbeing of our staff and ourselves is too important for that.
