Chapter Chapter 5 in Doing the Right Thing, 2012, pp 39-45 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Coping with change is one thing, but the task of management is made even more complicated by some of the ongoing issues which have become embedded in many workplaces. The degree to which your organisation suffers from these will be down to many factors, including its size, type and culture. This final element governs a host of behaviours in the workplace, and we will return to it for further analysis and discussion later.
