Chapter 9 in Benefits Realization from Information Technology, 2012, pp 93-108 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract In previous chapters I have discussed the original development of the model of competences for benefits realization and a number of research projects that have explored aspects of the model. In this chapter I provide an outline of the model from the perspective of working with it in research, teaching and consultancy over a number of years. My aim is to bring the competences to life so that readers are able to make use of the model to help assess a situation and to make a difference.
