Abstract:
Abstract Sport has the capacity to mobilise and bring together people at all levels. At the same time, sport is a fundamental pillar of a country’s education system and essential for keeping its citizens healthy. More time and resources are being spent per capita on sporting activities. Many organisations use sport as a medium for increasing or reinforcing their productivity and innovation due to the positive effects of sport and recreational activities at work and on social behaviour, as well as on physical and mental health.
