Chapter 3 in The China-Latin America Axis, 2012, pp 27-70 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract A new strong axis of trade and investments between China and Latin America is developing. Flows of trade and investment are exceeding US $100 billion (ECLAC, 2008, 2010c), a figure similar to the trade from the EU to Japan at the end of 1990s.
