The legacy problem
Adrian Furnham
A chapter in The Talented Manager, 2012, pp 137-139 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract As the evening of one’s life draws in, thoughts inevitably turn to what it has all meant, what is coming next, and how one will be remembered. Politicians, business tycoons and celebrities fret over their reputations. For some, the climb up the greasy pole has left a large number of envious enemies waiting to see them fall from grace.
