Abstract:
Abstract Work is often dedicated to material advancement and productivity. It is a social activity; while spirituality is often a personal endeavor. Work has mainly extrinsic rewards; spirituality mainly intrinsic ones. Spirituality at work is not just about business ethics and morality, however; it extends much further than that and has often been associated with a particular faith and religious condition. However, it is possible to have secular spirituality of the sort that people find in nature or even in poetry. The arts, particularly music, can have both short-term and enduring effects on the spiritual outlook of individuals.
