An Anatomy and Critique of the Corporate-Group View
Yoshiro Miwa ()
Chapter 7 in Firms and Industrial Organization in Japan, 1996, pp 123-141 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract In this chapter focus is placed directly upon the Japanese corporate group view rather than upon corporate groups. The primary purpose is to anatomize the corporate group view by dividing it into parts, aspects or components in order to make a detailed examination. Based on this anatomy, studying corporate groups and the corporate-group view in an empirical manner is secondary.
