A chapter in Ethics and Empowerment, 1999, pp 1-22 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract The rationale for a book on Ethics and Empowerment goes way beyond merely taking two popular 1990s management buzzwords and sticking them together to create an interesting topic. And it also goes way beyond providing a written forum for ideas first presented at an Ethics and Empowerment conference organised by COPE (the Centre for Organisational and Professional Ethics at Brunel University and Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College) held in September, 1996.
