Models for Balance Sheet Reporting

Dimitris N. Chorafas

Chapter 9 in Financial Models and Simulation, 1995, pp 177-201 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract According to the old organizational concepts, an organization should be viewed like a pyramid. The chief executive officer at the top of that pyramid would have staff and line executives reporting directly to him. Each of the senior vice presidents would be receiving information from factory or sales office managers, according to his function. Below that level would be departments, sections, projects, and so on.
