Abstract This book has attempted to provide the framework for preparing a robust business plan structured around the fundamental business processes. The core processes together with the staff support activities have been broadly defined, providing a template for managers facing the challenge of implementing more effective business processes. All companies have different requirements depending upon the industry sector and the structure of business, but the generic processes have been defined as: · Business Development and Sales · Product Introduction Management · Supply-chain Management · Distribution and Aftermarket Support
