Abstract:
Abstract More than four years after the Asian financial crisis of 1997/98, countries in the region, still not fully recovered from this trauma, are faced with the new problem of global economic slowdown. A number of authors (Tran Van Hoa, 2001, 2002) have shown how the global slowdown, which unfolded first in the developed economies in 2001, sharpened the challenge of economic management in all countries in the region.
