Antidumping

Brian McDonald

Chapter 10 in The World Trading System, 1998, pp 83-94 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract There has been much discussion in recent years of the rationale and need for antidumping rules, and there has also been much criticism, whether justified or not, of the rules used to implement antidumping actions with regard both to the rules of measurement of dumping or injury and to the rules of procedure.1 This chapter will focus on both these aspects.
