Philippe Woot
A chapter in Should Prometheus Be Bound?, 2005, pp 187-190 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract As Paul Valéry has said, reaching a conclusion is stupid. We shall not offer any conclusions here because the debate is ongoing and the process of transformation has scarcely begun. Rather we shall limit ourselves to three final remarks as a reminder of the urgency of the necessary changes, the possibility of taking a reformist path and the importance of good leadership if the transformation is to succeed.
